Acceptance of Terms

Services
2.1 The Website provides online inquiry and booking of inbound China travel products, including but not limited to:
Group tours and independent travel packages
Hotel and homestay bookings
Airport transfers, private car hires, and transportation tickets
Visa assistance and travel insurance
2.2 We may adjust product details, prices, or itineraries as necessary; any material changes will be announced before you place your order.

Booking & Payment
3.1 Booking Request: Submitting a booking request on the Website constitutes an order offer to us.
3.2 Confirmation: We will confirm your order via email or phone within 24 hours of receiving your order and payment proof.
3.3 Payment:
Methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.
Deposit: Typically 30% of the total amount is required as a deposit; the balance is due no later than 3 days before the start of the trip, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
3.4 Invoice: Electronic or paper invoices can be issued upon request.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1 If You Cancel, the cancellation fee will be calculated as follows except specified cases (check after below form):

More than 30 days	Full refund
30-15 days	20% of the total cost
14-7 days	30% of the total cost
6-2 days	50% of the total cost
Less than 48 hours/No show	100% of the total cost

4.2 If We Cancel: In case of force majeure (e.g., weather, government policy) or failure to meet minimum group size, we may cancel the tour and offer a full refund or complimentary rescheduling.
4.3 Refund Process: Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 3 business days after cancellation confirmation.

Your Responsibilities
5.1 Provide accurate and complete personal and identification information, and ensure its validity.
5.2 Comply with China’s laws, regulations, and local customs; respect public facilities and group property.
5.3 Arrange your own visa and insurance, or purchase our assistance services.

Intellectual Property
6.1 All website content (text, images, videos, logos) is protected by copyright and other IP laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
6.2 By posting reviews or materials on the Website, you grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, royaltyfree license to use, reproduce, and display them.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
7.1 We are not liable for service delays or interruptions caused by network failures, thirdparty providers, or force majeure.
7.2 We are not responsible for losses resulting from your personal actions (e.g., missed departures, lost documents, health issues).
