The best time to visit Zhangjiajie is typically spring (April–June) and autumn (September–November).

Winter (December–February) is also a great time to experience Zhangjiajie’s magical landscapes with fewer tourists, but the temperatures can be cold.
For a full experience, we recommend at least 5-6 days in Zhangjiajie, especially if you want to explore all the famous sites like the Avatar Mountains, Glass Bridge, and Tianmen Mountain.
However, if you’re short on time, our 3-day Zhangjiejie tour will still cover the main highlights of the area.

When entering China, there are several procedures you must follow, including a health check, frontier inspection, customs declaration, and security check.
Before entering, every visitor must have:
